N’shya Brown is the founder of Brown Beauty Bar and Skin. Throughout her early days, she encountered a variety of skin conditions in her family such as eczema, dry scalp, acne, dark marks etc. Throughout her experience she discovered conventional products were causing more harm than good for her and her family’s skin. She started making body butters at home in 2016 from a YouTube tutorial and fell in love with the craft. Her love for beauty and self care brought her to start a small body butter business in 2023. She expanded into the treatment room by receiving her esthetic license in 2025.
